1. On the alarm, reception prints or opens the list of everyone signed in (staff attendance and visitors).
2. Everyone leaves by the nearest exit to the assembly point at location.
3. Wardens check their areas; reception brings the list.
4. Roll call against the list; report anyone missing to the fire brigade (114) and the emergency lead.
5. No one re-enters until the emergency lead says it is safe.
