Support

Most questions are answered in minutes by the box itself or the manual. When they are not, here is who to call and what to have ready.

1. Look at the boxOpen http://watubox.local:8080. The console says whether each application is running, whether the box can reach Watu Cloud, and when it last backed up.
2. Read the manualEvery application has a user manual and FAQ built in. The HR manual is also in the HR Repository (sign in as a client).
3. Call your representativeThe person who sold you the box can see its health in Watu Cloud and brings in a support engineer when needed.
