A WatuFlex certificate says that a person can do the work, not only that they attended. Each one is earned by an online exam (pass mark 80%) and, for implementers, a practical assessment; carries its own number, and can be checked by anyone on this site.
One certification exam per certificate. Every module also has a practice quiz that never counts, and the other app courses are there to study.
Who it is for: Accountants, bookkeepers, accounts assistants and students who do the daily work in WatuAccounts.

Who it is for: Implementation partners who install the box and take clients live.

Who it is for: Training partners: firms, colleges and trainers who teach clients' staff and run WatuFlex Academy classes.

Until October 2026 each app had a certificate of its own (WatuHRM Certified User, WatuSchool Certified User and the others). Since then the Academy has six certificates: WatuHRM Certified User now also covers WatuTime, WatuAccounts Certified Advanced User covers WatuPOS, WatuStock, WatuProcure and WatuProjects, and the other app courses are there to study. Every certificate already issued stays valid and can still be checked.
WatuFlex keeps improving, so a certificate shows the date it was earned and, where it applies, the date it runs to. When a major release changes how the work is done, holders are invited to a short update session to renew. A certificate that has been withdrawn shows as withdrawn when it is checked.
